I am new to this forum though I have been looking around and reading some of the posts. I am looking to buy either some diamond solitaire studs or drop earrings for someone. The only thing I know for sure is that for the round cut solitaire earrings I want a total weight of .5c. I am not rich, I am looking to spend at max $600. Can you suggest the best place I can go to to get the best bang for my buck. Also if you could give some advise on the other three C's, that would be very helpful. Thank You.
