The yearly thinning of my collection continues. Listing a few smaller neon typical bright coloured mid Pink Mahenge Spinels. This is material from the Mahenge Mines before they were closed and the licenses revoked. Asking about half the pricing of the same material Yvonne is selling so listing at old prices for decent coloured pink Mahenge spinel. I still cannot upload any photos to LT, it comes up with an error message every time so I have given up. If you are interested in any spinels contact me via this listing. I also have taken videos of most of the stones and can send them to you via Instagram if you find me on there. The photos below are across a range of different lighting situations both outside and indoor lighting.

Stone 1) 1.26 Hot Pink Cushion Spinel.
Very typical of what is classed as the high end colour range of pink Mahenge. 6.7 x 5.3 x 3.5. Nice bright colour. It is a wonky native cut so one corner is not rectangular and is slightly missing a bit from the corner, the cutter has simply gone around the inclusions. Looks worse magnified than it actually is at a distance. Is included has a large inclusion you can see diagonally across one corner, but I don't think it will impact the durability of the stone when set. Again it looks worse than it is because my pics have been magnified. I think you could hide both the native cut and the inclusions when you set it, as the colour makes up for it and the inclusion is mostly lost to the eye because of the colour. Have priced it accordingly. Asking $395.00USD. The same material, colour and size on Etsy is 2 to 3 times the price. $25.00USD for shipping which is registered and a signed for service. Also happy to insure anything for full amount ask me for a quote.
Stone 2) 1.05 Rectangular Radiant
This one is a slightly lighter in colour than the cushion above but is still a very bright very nice neon mid pink. I'd describe it as a flattish cross between an Asscher and a radiant cut not perfect symmetry as it is also native cut. This one is a cleaner than the cushion, has some light scattered inclusions but faces up fairly clean and will make a lovely ring stone. Any window should be hidden when set and the colour also hides the shallow cut. I have a bit of a soft spot for this one, one that I meant to set "one day" and never got around to it. Really pretty stone for the price. Asking $375.00USD again this is about half or less what Etsy vendors are charging for the same coloured stone. 5.9 x 5.4 x 3.0.

Pretty .93 Oval. A typical mid pink colour of Mahenge. Faces like a one carat stone has a few light scattered inclusions which you can see in my magnified pics, hidden completely by the colour. Native cut. 6.6 x 5.0 x 5.3. Will make a nice ring stone. Asking $255 which again is about half the price of similar coloured material on Etsy.

Another great stone for a ring or any jewellery project. This one is very bright and sparkly. 4.9 x 4.8 x 3.5 Light scattered inclusions well hidden by the colour. Asking $195.00USD. Also about half the Esty price of Mahenge pinks this colour.
