Love this site. I wanted to share pics of my princess cut solitares I got over the weekend. They are so sparkly and pretty. I love them. They are 1.05 ctw, G VS.

These are actually my second pair!

I got a beautiful pair for Christmas, but about a month ago, I lost one of them. They were screw backs, but somehow one fell out. I was heart broken. But our jeweler felt bad and actually gave me a better quality pair at cost, so in the end I lucked out. But just be wary of screw backs, they can come loose, trust me, I know from experience!

ITA agree on screwbacks! I had a pair and the threading killed my ears so I hardly ever wore them, but when I did I found myself constantly checking the backs - and a couple of times they weren''t screwed in all the way! I think it''s worse if you have long hair that can catch and twist..



I gotta say though, I thought the red sweets were cough drops at first

I will try for ear shots when my hubby is home later.

I still have the rough back, but with a normal clasp, if I''m describing that correctly. It is very tight and I don''t find myself checking it often, well I''ve only had these since Saturday, but I feel more secure with this set-up then the screw back. And I do have longer hair, so that might have been the issue.

Oh, BTW, those red things are stones around a candle... LOL, not cough drops or sweets!
