I have wanted a watch with nice diamonds for the longest time. I own quite a few watches, mostly citizen eco-drive, but also
a couple crotons, an invicta, and a skagen. But the problem with all of them that have stones is they all use crappy diamonds.
So one day, I was playing on ebay after hubby scored a set of expensive bike rims for about half price and I found this baby.
I tried to tell myself I didn't need it, after all I have a pretty blue faced croton (with said crappy diamonds), that I get a lot of
compliments on. It must look okay if other people notice and comment, right. I thought about it for about a week, and watched
it daily. It had no bids but also a buy it now price. Another Concord had the same thing until the last minute and it went for
$1000. The other was a larger face but with a leather band and looked well loved. This one looked really good, and came with
all the boxes and papers. It was $550. There was another on ebay just like it for 1800.00

How do you think I did? I do love it.

The diamonds around the bezel seem to be about .05 each and there are 22 of them

The next pics are christmas gifts. The 'i love you" band was from two of my kids, and the little tahitian pearl 'Y' necklace was from
Honora at QVC. It is in silver, and the pearls aren't that great, but I thought it was cute and it was just a couple hundred bucks.

SO PRETTY! What a beautiful collection, and the "i love you" band is so sweet and thoughtful! The watch is gorgeous too - do you have a collection or do you typically wear just one or two watches? (I haven't ventured into the watch area yet....) I love the generous diamonds!!

Also, I see your amazing Leon in the background - I wanted to ask you how your beautiful sliver of a spacer is holding up next to your shared prong? (I'm debating whether to splurge on a nice spacer also since my upgrade is currently chez Leon...or just go a cheap route for now since I'm not sure how much I'll wear my e-ring w/my shared prong, which is also a "chewer"!)

Thakns for sharing your pretties!!

Thanks LoveStreet! I love my Leon spacer! It was definitely a worthwhile investment. I cringed at the price initially, but it fits
perfectly and is hardly noticeable. The side that faces the e-ring shows a little wear but not much. Most of the time, I wear the
three rings together so I really do need it. The day I took these pictures I was so sick. What do you do when you feel like
crap? Why take pictures of your bling of course! I think I am sick with more than just a cold!

I have a little 2mm spacer that I bought from blue nile but I don't like it as much. A 1 mm. might be okay though, but I think the
curved band with the bit of milgrain is so much nicer.

I do have quite a few watches but none as expensive as this one. I have wanted them, but just couldn't get myself to spend the
money. I switch around between about 4. My two crotons have diamonds, one a full face, but this one has nice diamonds. I like
Michele watches too. I wish they would make a watch with nice diamonds that is also automatic-that would be my forever watch.
I think Tag makes one, and Citizen has one but I didn't like the look of it. The Tag is similar in look to this one, but with about
a 4500. retail. I think this Concord La Scala retails for over 2K.

Ooh, I love the watch! I would actually wear that!! (I'm not a big watch person, and that one definitely could end up in my collection!)

I really adore the I Love You ring, it's so sweet! ::)

Oh it's gorgeous, Luv! Very elegant and it goes so nicely with your Leon.

You have great taste :appl:

I'm open to all on Ebay EXCEPT watches.

Too many near perfect replica. I suggest you go on this website (for fun) and ask if they think this one is real.

http://www.repgeek.com/

Anyway... you will see many collector beauties there. It's a good website for watches.

Gorgeous watch -- looks perfect with your ring, too. Great price. Is it automatic or quartz?

Thanks, Tuckins, Debby, Stci and Lula-I am pretty happy with it. I am sure that there are many replicas on ebay, but I believe
this is genuine. I received the original receipt and paperwork with warranty (expired) and registry information that matches
the back of the case. The receipt matches the name of the person I got the package from, but her seller name was different.
But I know where she lives! :naughty: She actually lives not too far from me, how funny is that?!

I am pretty cautious about ebay. I guess I was feeling lucky because my DH bought a pair of Topolino rims that retail for 1600.
and he was able to purchase them from a vendor in the UK for 663. He was pretty excited.

This was my first jewelry ebay purchase, so I guess I can only hope for the best, but I do love it.

I wish it was automatic, but it is quartz.

Thanks for sharing your experience on the spacer - I agree that the super thin knife-edge with milgrain makes it a nearly-invisible-but-perfect-complement! Glad to hear it's holding up too. My shared prong caused serious damage to my orig e-ring prongs within 6 years or less (major groove nearly wore through the prongs) - but the knife edge of the spacer seems like it would alleviate that, since the metal is angled away from those sharp girdles rather than into it (like my prongs).

I LOVE that watch - it seems like it would go with everything!

Great watch looks very pretty with your ER! I have a couple things from Honora that I really enjoy too. Sweet ring from your kids. I've found a few things from EBAY that I enjoy as well--I love the hunt!

Nice collection! The watch bracelet is really interesting and attractive with those cool links.

To me, it sounds like you did your due diligence on the watch, and I wouldn't be concerned about its authenticity, although with ebay, you're wise to be careful! You got a great price on it for a quartz Concord. Sure, and automatic would have been nice, but they're so much harder to find and a lot more $$$$. I've been looking for a stainless steel and yellow gold combo for a while.

What lovely new pieces! I love that your kids got you such a sweet band....I hope my kids think enough of me someday to do something similar...

What lovely pieces! Congratulations on the watch...I would love a watch with a diamond bezel...I guess I need to go
check out ebay!

Luv2sparkle, if you have the receipt you are right! It's a real one for sure! OMG! Fantastic! :appl:

Thanks Yenny, Stci, and Tyty. I do enjoy a hunt too, but I will stay away from ebay for a while. Man, can it suck you in! I
could spend hours there. We haven't bought too many items. Hubby had been talking about his rims for a while so just on a
whim, I thought I would check if there were any listed-and sure enough the exact set he wanted! You should have seen his jaw
drop! He won the bid and they came in the mail and they were the wrong ones. He sent an email to the guy with a sick feeling
in his stomach and the guy sent the new ones out. They actually came from a distributor in the US. DH was so happy, the bike
store who changed the hub-not so much. I do love a great deal.

Thanks for all the sweet comments about the Tiffany ring. Don't get too excited Yenny, I told my kids what I wanted. I wish it was
their idea, but they know I am pretty particular about jewelry. So they asked and I told them. I love the little blue box pendant
as well. I have a couple of their ceramic boxes and I really love them. The pendant is pretty cute on.

It funny, the blemishes on the pearls show up in the photos but most of the time they hang to the back and can't be seen. It has
about 10 pts of average diamonds.

Here are a couple neck shots of the pendant. Just in case anyone is interested in getting one for themselves. Excuse the neck and
chest please.
