New fav hobby - registry stalking!

my shower is in 6 weeks, and i simply cannot stop visiting my registies to watch as items disappear. i think it's the most fun i've had since this planning process started! i had promised myself at the beginning that i was going to completely avoid checking up because i wanted to be at least a little "surprised" at which of the items FI and i told people to buy us were actually bought -- but i'm addicted. just needed to confess....

I actually only ever stalked other people's registries to see what ridiculous things they'd registered for. The only time I checked mine was to make sure there were enough items remaining and to use the thank you note manager.

I just bought things today off of DH's cousin's registry and I wondered if she would "registry stalk." If she does and sees that everything is getting bought now, she'll figure out that her surprise shower is happening soon

I did the same thing. My shower was just this past weekend. I promised myself I wouldn't stalk. I did. I couldn't help it. So I felt like it was more of a feeling of "oh you are the one that got me ____" at the shower. I think I hid that well, but it was going around in my head, because I knew what was purchased.
