It can be difficult to safely ship something outside the U.S. due to the USPS insurance limitations on international parcels, which is apx $47.00.

That said, I have safely shipped items of apx $150 listed value or less to PSers outside the U.S. via USPS international registered mail numerous times, and am happy to do so again.

However, for items valued over $150, I've only shipped to buyers outside the US 3 or 4 times with the express written agreement by both parties that the buyer was taking on the risk of loss during shipping. And, as it happens, 2 of those situations were with PSers who'd previously purchased lesser value items from me, so we'd already had successful shipping experiences. All of these higher-value international shipments were safely received.

So, for items $150 or less, no problem shipping via USPS international registered mail.

And for items over $150, it would have to be a case-by-case situation.
