New love for my old-ish LM beauty

Sooo I've never been a solitaire lover but my husband is so we compromised on our ring, i've posted it before but never good pictures. I picked the stone which is an antique cushion from 1910 1.30 cts L SI1. I love love love my stone but lately i looove my setting too. I thought i was just bidding my time till i could upgrade to a pink diamond halo but lately im just not so sure lol. Anyway, enjoy the new pic-ies : )

Do you wear the band on top? I was under the impression that the wedding band goes on first then the engagement ring? Just curious

Makes sense to me to wear the wedding band on top. The engagement ring comes first, the wedding band comes second.

Your set is beautiful!! I love it. I love the thickness of the bands and I myself am a solitare person. I think the ring looks classic as is.

thanks everyone! i really am falling in looove with the setting after a year of having it. Since i''m pregnant with our first baby a lil girl maybe I can mention to my husband that perhaps a pink diamond band may be better than resetting the ring. If we have a boy down the line i can get a blue one and for the 3rd baby maybe we wont find out the sex so i can get a yellow one lol.
