New Pics

Hi all,
I picked my ering up today from its first professional pampering - full clean and re- rhodium plated.
So even though its an old ring, in the sun this arvo it looked like a brand new one - so I thought photos were in order!
I don''t have any flowers in my yard, so these are pics...well, in other people''s flowers! And yes, the neighborhood does think I''m mad!

sort of a flower..a cactus, this actually had beautiful little flowers, but the owner of the house came home so i figured was a good time to casually walk away..

and lucky last..sitting atop my "other favourite thing" in the world at the moment- my Schwinn Cruiser bicycle - so much fun to ride, it even makes going to work fun!

If anyone is interested, I think I''m a size 3.75, this is my 18k WG e ring I purchased a couple years ago in Bangkok - I am going to try to find the paperwork for more info. And I''m using the 5mp camera on my Nokia N95 mobile phone, as currently I don''t have a camera - not bad results I thought!

I know, your response cracked me up, everyone probably thinks I''m totally strange

- it probably sounds totally random, but I live in Perth, West Australia and although its a bit weird I don''t really think twice about wandering around other peoples gardens!
I think I''m gonna head over to "you know you''re a ...."

Good news though, I''ve just finalized my wire to GOG and they''ve ordered my setting be made today, so not too long now and I''ll have a new ring and another photo shoot excuse. yay for me!

tee he heee te hee... still gigling over here. Nice flowers though. They should take it as a compliment that their flowers are PS worthy.

If it makes you feel any less weird. I photographed my flower shots mostly in my mom''s garden but it was fall and the majority of the flowers were browning and she had cut flowers from the store inside.... so I took them outside, put the stems into bushes... and then took pics. So I doctored up the existing plants with hot house flowers to perk up the photo shoot.

You know your a PSer indeed!!

Ha ha! Now all your responses are cracking me up too! I''m glad you all liked my silly thread. I loved my Fi''s expression when I got home from my little expedition and started re sizing pics to upload - he just started cracking up and exclaiming "My Fiance''s a weirdo!!!"

Beebrisk, I live in Perth, Western Australia - so luckily for me its nearing the end of summer and there''s plenty to photo here! Pixley, I''m glad I could transport you here if just for a couple mins - you''re always welcome to come for a real stay!

Fabcrab, I didn''t get "caught" as such, but I had wanted a few more shots of the cactus as it was flowering too - but the owner of the house drove up! I had to quickly put my ring back on and casually walk away - don''t want him thinking I''m "casing" out his house or something like that!

Luckily he didn''t even seem to notice - people tend to be pretty casual around here for the most part.
