new radiant solitaire

Hi all, I''ve been a lurker but now have a ring of my own to show off! It is an original radiant cut, slightly rectangular, in a simple platinum solitaire band. I''m thinking about having it reset but haven''t decided yet. I really like the simple solitaires and how they show off the diamond! It isn''t a huge diamond but it is perfect for us!

Thanks! My fiance has the official paperwork, but I remember that it is an F, VS1, 1.25 carats, L/W is 1.2 I think. I''ll post full specs later!

The setting was done by Calvin at Partita Custom Design Jewelry in San Francisco (where my fiance currently lives and where I'm originally from). My fiance knew that I liked simple settings and really liked the smooth tapered look. The designer is happy to redo the setting for me if I change my mind. After seeing all of the beautiful settings here on PS, it definitely is hard to try to decide on a final setting. The halos, sidestones, double claws...all look so beautiful! We should be allowed to regularly rotate through designs, don't you think? I saw a setting here on PS (can't remember whose) but it has the double claws on a beautiful twisted band - so gorgeous!
