I posted a Ritani and Scott Kay choices a few days ago. I thought I liked the Ritani but didn''t realize the price was more. So today I went back to the jeweler and found this one: http://www.pearlmansjewelers.com/jewelry-designers/scott-kay-jewelry/rings/156U1/78/

It is 2mm thick (same as the Ritani endless love) and has the engraved antique look with surprise diamond). Another jeweler told me this 3 stone look will take away from the brillance of the center stone, but today I realized they sit down a lot further. This is the one my BF loves, and I think I do too.

Does anyone know anything about Scott Kay palladium and the engraving? We are chosing between that and 19k white gold, but don''t know too much.

Has anyone else just had the experience--I just want to pick a setting so we can get married! I am so indecisive, but I want to stop looking and start planning my wedding!

Ooh, that''s a nice setting, and great that you and bf both love it!

I used to think the 3-stone detracted from the center, but after seeing so many gorgeous 3-stone rings, I really don''t think so anymore.

I drove myself batty w/ indecision over the ring, and I''m sure it''ll be more of the same for the wedding planning!!!

It's gorgeous! As far as indecision... I felt that way about a LOT of settings. Until I saw my setting, and I had a "that's IT" moment , helped by the fact that FI did as well (it was both of our far-and-away favorite, instantly). The only indecision about it from that point on was just me second-guessing a decision that I had really already made.

Throughout the wedding process, a bride supposedly has epiphany moments about the "big stuff": the ring, the dress, the venue, etc. My theory is that, while most people do have that epiphany moment... it's usually only for one of those things. I had mine for the ring, so I'll be suffering indecision on the rest--it's been true for me so far!!
