New winter coat

Hopefully the shoppers here can help me. I recently purchased a new winter coat. Black wool. I have noticed that the black dye seems excessive in that it has made marks on my skin and white tips of my french manicure. Is there a way to soak it and get the excess dye out? Should I take it to the dry cleaner and ask them to do it? I love the jacket and paid good money for it, but I cant have it ruining my nails. I had to buff it off.

Yikes! I've had that kind of staining happen with dark-wash denim jeans, but never with a coat. Is the coat lined? What brand is it? I'd try to contact the company to see what they recommend.
