Can you tell the difference between a 1.25 ct and a 1.50 ct. round brilliant? Is there a LARGE difference?

May I see your 1.25''s and 1.50''s on your hands?

I was under the impression that the larger you went in carat the less noticeable the difference. I''m positive though that you would notice a difference between a 1.25 and a 1.50, just maybe not as much as you would notice the difference between a .5 and a .75.

I''m no expert by any means, but I''m sure someone else will chime in. Also you can check the eyecandy folder, sometimes people list their finger sizes with their pictures!

Good luck!

I have this chart, its not to scale but will give you an idea...

here''s another pic that i think is helpful:

Model''s middle finger is a 6 US ring size (used to try and fit more rings on the upper knuckle).

Sizes: From left to right: 1.02ct [E/VS1], 1.21ct [G/VVS1], 1.51ct [F/SI1] and 2.01ct. [E/VS1] SuperbCert H&A diamonds

Wow, the difference as you get into the higher carat weights is not that great and yetthe price goes up exponentially!

That one is so much better MrsS!! I have saved that one for when I am discussing my next upgrade with hubby!!!
