Hello,
Just received my marquise solitaire platinum ring. Usually I'm not a big fan of marquise, but there is something different about this setting that seems to compliment the stone that I simply can't resist. I am planning to wear it as a right hand ring.
GIA certified
0.90 ct. Marquise Brilliant
I color
SI2
Measurements: 9.10 x 5.17 x 3.32 mm
Polish & Symmetry Grade = Very Good
Flouro: faint
Gross weight: 5.95 gm
Ring size: 5.5
I paid for $1600. Guys, did I do OK?
By the way, does a marquise cut tend to make a stone look bigger than it is? or I'm talking nonsense?
