OEC cut lesson please?

Can any one tell me what these measurements will do to and OEC? I have seen it on video but am trying to learn more about this diamond and how the cut it has can impact how it shows overall. Really just trying to get a cut lesson with these numbers/facts since having actual numbers helps me learn better. Thank you for any help you can give.

Thin to very thick girdle makes it more likely it had some repairs done on it and the fair symmetry points that way also as does the large extra facet.
Its fairly safe to say at sometime in its life it had some repair work done.
Other than that the report does not tell us much.
Posting the video would be a good next step.

Ummm…well OEC certs give you a lot less data about cut then MRB certs.

IMO the cert is really just a starting for an OEC. Some people like tiny puffy crowns. Other like depths between 62-65%. Too shallow or too deep can create a fish eye effect. I’ve heard over and over that you really have to assess old cuts with your own eyes.

Agree. Thank you. I was just hoping to learn from real life numbers what it could mean to an OEC. I can not imagine that there are no numbers that people tend to find looks good. Not as easy as with MRB but I would guess there is some number out there that would be a big no?
