Hello I’m looking for 1ct or so OEC but don’t want to break the bank. This one is under $600 but I don’t know if it’s cut well for an OEC. It doesn’t black out in the center and I like the round petals but other than that I’m not sure if it’s a great buy for what it is. Possible to tell by just a screen grab?
