I was doing my daily Internet scrub of modern and antique vendors when I saw THIS.

100+ year old wonky goodness. Misshapen, patina platinum and yellow gold buttery deliciousness.

Something in my brain snapped. I couldn’t stop thinking about it.

So I asked my hubby what he thought and he said “you obviously need it”.

Gulp. So I messaged the sender and secured it. Here is the IG link.

Thank you!!! It was SUCH an impulse buy… and totally blew my sparkle budget for this time of year… but I decided that if this got away, I would never forget it. It’s just so WONKY! Look at those funky shapes diamonds! Colors all over the place. I also think the shank might need to be re-soldered. But I couldn’t let it go. That’s how you know when something is “yours”, when you can’t stop thinking of it!!
 
I think I like your husband! :lol-2: . It's so pretty and look forward to seeing hand shots. This seller is on my Etsy fave list but I haven't bought from her before. She has some nice things.

Hehe! I saw she has great reviews! I was a little nervous making a purchase from an unknown vendor, but she replied to me right away and was super accommodating! I’m glad other PSers know of her!

I was hoping you’d comment @YadaYadaYada ! I always think of you when I see cool antique pieces. I’ll measure it when I get it! It looks HUGE, but maybe it’s just because the hand shot is on a pinky? Haha

Eee that makes me happy! I loved it too! It looks warmer than 18k to me? The seller said the hallmarks have worn off but it tested for 18k. Hmm…

I haven’t decided yet… it’s a size 4 and I need to get it sized. I was hoping to send it to DK or Sako for sizing. My ring finger is a 4.5, so if it’s not durable enough to get sized too much for my other fingers (5.25) I’ll have it sized to a 4.5 and wear it at home instead of my E-ring, when I’m quilting :)
