Hi All,
I've recently been on a HUGE old cut diamond hunt/search...Old European Cuts, antique cushions, and Old Mine Cuts have been my latest kick... With my birthday coming up, a little bit of over time, and the OK from my DF, I was going to pick up some "for fun" pieces just to switch up my collection a little bit. Then, I found 5 older 22k gold (yellow and white) rings of my grandmother', just under 1mm each, which I thought it would make a great right hand pointer/middle finger/thumb stack.
I'm not looking to go big or go home here, just some smaller ~2mm/4mm (ok maybe not 4 but...who knows) stones that I could easily bezel/set and stack on top of some plain bands. I would actually love older cut fancy cuts to throw in! I'd like to have a few of these "stacking" rings made so that I can switch them up as the mood strikes me. (no i don't intend to wear all 10 rings on one finger....though....) I have no real preference for color at the moment - I'm open to all colors in the alphabet spectrum.
So ladies, show me your old cut diamonds!
