There's a backstory to this one!
Growing up, my mom took an amazing trip all around Italy. One of the pieces she brought back was the most show-stopping gold cross pendant that looked like it was made of stained glass. Hers was handmade by Vior and had sapphires, amethysts and rubies and people would stop her to ask about it. Unfortunately, it was stolen during a subsequent vacation and I've spent years trying to find a similar piece.
Fast forward to the pandemic and extra time on my hands and I actually located TWO Vior crosses being sold by separate individuals. I ended up buying them both, knowing that I would only keep one. I'm listing its twin for sale here for PSers before moving it over to LT.
Here are the specs:
18kt Stamped Handmade Cross with 11 natural blue sapphires (varying saturation) and 5 natural pink sapphires ( though two may be small rubies), all individually and delicately bezel set. Pendant weighs in at 3.5 grams and measures 32mm x 17.5mm.
The magic happens when worn against a black or white shirt and the "stained glass" effect takes place. Although it's just as lovely on its own against the neckline.
Asking for what I paid, $375.
Shipping will be calculated and added (tracking & signature req'd) based on buyer location, all paid by Venmo or PPF&F. I'm an individual seller, so all sales final. Happy to send along more pictures/video.
