Online Diamond Shopping (Blue Nile, B2C Jewels, Rare Carat, White Flash, James Allen)?

Looking to purchase diamond online. I've used B2C before, but was wondering what other trusted sites can be used. I'm also a little bit familiar with Blue Nile.
My friend recommended Rare Carat; did anyone use them before?
I read on a forum regarding White Flash as well....

My budget is around $8K.

Rare Carat doesn't actually sell diamonds, they basically rate and aggregate deals they have from partners. I believe they're described as the "Kayak" for Diamonds. There's a ton of places, including:
