Opinion on following Round Diamond

To the PS community - thank you for all help so far, there has been so much valuable information on this forum and it has been nothing short of excellent.

I had a question as I am zeroing in on this diamond and wanted to get a second opinion on the overall specs of this diamond. My biggest concern is the number of inclusions this diamond has? Is it just too many or is there such a thing as too many inclusions? Any other general thoughts or concerns you might have with this diamond?

I have no concerns as long as the vendor says its eye clean. Performance will be excellent based on the images above.

The proportions and advanced images look amazing.

Most of the inclusions are in the crown, which doesn't necessarily concern me. The table inclusions? Should be A-OK and not remotely detectable by casual looking of the diamond from 12+ inches away. Those are likely the kind of inclusions that you have to get your eyes up very close and hunt for them, while knowing what to look for. Alas, it's a judgment call based on what you are comfortable with, yourself.

If Victor says it's eye clean, I (just me) would be ok with it. However, if you still have concerns, can Victor send you the diamond loose, have you look at in IRL so you approve, then ship it back to him, and then he can set it? I think he will cover shipping both ways (confirm with him).

Thanks for all the feedback so far, it's a big purchase, but luckily it's a VC diamond, so not much to worry about.
