Opinions on this sapphire?

I came across this sapphire on IG, for sale by BG stones. It looks like a great deal for the size, lustre, and for being unheated. I like the lighter cornflower blue color as well. The only thing that I’m not so sure about is the cut. It seems to have a tilt window at some angles. Interested to know what others think!

There’s definitely a window there. Not even a tilt one, just a plain ol window.

I’d also question the saturation on this stone.

I like lighter sapphires too but my guess is you’ll end up with a windowed stone that is about this colour:



Possibly lighter. Would you be happy with that?

Also windowed. What's your budget? I'd look at gemfix

Unfortunately the second stone is windowed as well. But they have A LOT of stock so you can keep waiting for the right one.
