Yeah that's pretty much all they'll do. I put the darn thing on and they immediately lay down. I've tried the ole "drag - drag" for a couple inches to see if they'd rather get up and walk..but to no avail.Date: 5/29/2008 12:54:43 PM

ROFL wishful and nytempist - wishful that's pretty much exactly what our kitty did when we tried, except she would just stand still in one place and then tip over. It was actually pretty funny!
nytempist - that is so funny, I can just see your kitty getting a few feet outside the door and then just plopping down in the grass. Too cute

Wishful, I got the regular cat leashes for them but I actually just ordered the walking jacket thing. Leashes just aren''t that comfortable and don''t really seem all that secure if cats get scared. We''ll see how the jackets work I guess. Looks like your cats want to go outside in your avatar
Oh I could never let my babies outside on their own either, I''d die with worry! And gray hair will go very badly with my red hairDate: 5/30/2008 12:52:03 PM

Oh YES..they would LOOOOOOVEto go outside esp Pumpkin (obviously the big orange one) but I''m the ultra paranoid mom and I''m afraid they''d get hit by a car or eaten by a coyote. So they are indoor only.
In the avatar pic they were eagerly and anxiously salivating over a pigeon on the city street.
