We are looking into getting a fountain and need some tips on what to look for?I have seen some, but not sure what should we consider to look for.I suppose the pump and drains? Would like one that gives a nice water sound works well and does not need too much work?Anyone has one of those?

Hi Scarleta, I noticed some nice ones at Lowe's, Home Depot and Costco the other day. I think you could make your own too but not sure how though (if you really wanted to make your own I would look at the library for a book on that).

Thanks Skippy: I don''t think we have time or skills to make our own..I have not seen one at our local Costco maybe still too early? Home Depot has them and yes we have to make a trip.Other than the actual look of it I am not sure what to look for.Probably the pump ? and drains?
Thanks Skippy you never fail us ,trying to help everyone out.Much appreciated thanks again..

You are so sweet Scarleta, you do the same too!! Well, I bet if you talked to one of the workers at Home Depot or Lowe's they could set you up with what you need. I noticed the pumps and stuff next to the fountain at Lowe's. You may look online or check at a local nursery or garden center near you too.
