Uncertified app. .80 ct. deep red 6x5mm oval natural spinel set into a vintage style 14K white gold setting with .10 ct. diamond accents. Size 5.5. App. .25-.30 ct diamonds in band, size 6.. Width ranges from 3.7 - 2.34 mm. Photo was shot in fluorescent lighting.
