Hi there-
So I finally decided to go with my gut and go back to having the black magic roses in the centerpieces. But now the florist is saying with the size of the candelabra, she's going to need to put in at least 6 dozen roses to fill it, and there is the potential difficulty in getting that many roses. So she's saying the cost is at minimum $200/centerpiece (where the whites were appx. $165). Does this sound right?

I'm not sure if you remember but: 1) how many roses were in your centerpieces, since that seemed to fill out beautifully, and 2) how much (if I'm not being too blunt) did your florist charge for the high centerpieces?

And on a side note, where did you order the favor flowers from?

THANKS!!

i was charged $100 per high centerpiece plus $25 fir the rental coming to $125 per centerpiece. i don''t know how many roses were in each but I don''t think there were 72! that is a humongous amount of roses! maybe candelabras were smaller than yours are?

my favor flowere were from www.theflowerexchange.com (don''t forget the "the" or else you''ll go to another site). honestly, the flowers i ordered were larger and more lush than the one''s my florist had.

i''d love to see pics when you''re done...i love black magics!

I will DEFINITELY post pictures once we figure them out and we do a sample piece. I think it may be the candleabra. I think its something like 33 inches tall but she said the top part was pretty wide. Her supplier has new ones coming in soon so hopefully those will be more manageable!

Do you think she''d get offended if I suggested theflowerexchange??? Your flowers were GORGEOUS!!! As was the rest of the wedding.

Thanks for being so helpful!
