Selling my 2 modern cut cushion diamonds. These have been un-set, so all settings and jackets are not included.

1 x .61 E SI2

Lovely stones - photos of GIA certs attached.

$2000 - originally purchased for $2630. Price non-negotiable.

I bought these back when BN didn't have videos at all, so all I've got is linked in the LT listing. They're not a signature cut so if you're looking for a clear, symmetrical, obvious faceting pattern, these don't have it. But they don't look dull and/or mushy, either. They're VERY white, and because of the modern cut, any inclusions are very difficult to see (and when I say 'very difficult', I mean I've never been able to see them). Mostly, tho, the reason I like them is because they're a lovely, square shape - very balanced, identical sizing, and quite spready for their ctw; you don't normally get 5mm x 5mm cushions in much less than .7ct stones - .65ct at the least. So visually, these punch above their weight for their size. Anyway, I like 'em and think they're very pretty. If they don't sell, I'll put them into a 5 stone with cushion cut emeralds, which would look stunning, I think.

@mrs-b I gotcha; thank you for getting back to me. I was wondering/hoping to see the faceting a bit closer-up as they move to determine if they may work for an idea I had. I’m sure they’re gorgeous diamonds, and surely are a great buy! If I don’t move on my other project soon, and these are still available, I may come back to snatch them up for some stellar studs.

They are gorgeous stones and perfect for the sapphire. Maybe too perfect; now I think I need to consider recutting the sapphire... But that'll be another thread.

And you're very welcome, @AmethystHope - they look fabulous with your sapphire! And - just my 2c worth here - while I think yellow and/or rose gold for the setting would look lovely, with diamonds so white, do consider platinum. I think plat. with such white diamonds and that beautiful pink would be kaPOW!!

Either way, this is going to be a beautiful ring! Looking forward to seeing where you land!

Actually, now that I look, EVERY post has a 'report concern' option! I'm SURE it wasn't there the other day! I wonder if my computer hadn't loaded the page fully? Entirely possible - our internet connection here is utter crap.
