Hallo :)

I have a pair of G colored ACAs by WhiteFlash - exactly .625ct each - ergo, 1.25ctw. I believe one is an SI1 and one is a VS2. I'm selling them for 4k, which represents just over an 18% discount on what I paid for them when I bought them from WF a few months ago ($4885). Obviously, I have the paperwork.

I thought I might gauge interest here before throwing them on LT.

I am not negotiable on price.

Hmmmm..... possibly interested! My mother has hinted to me that I should tell my father that she wants him to get her a nice pair of studs. And that I should help him pick them. Haha. I will have to find out what the budget would be.

Feel tempted to set as a 3 stone with my CBI diamond... :P2

Are they loose or already set?

They're set, but they've only been set for a few months.

Can you share pics of them in their current setting?

Sorry @icy_jade - just seeing this now. The stones are the ones in my avatar ring. But I've decided to hang onto them until I'm ready to do an upgrade and will leave my ring as is for the moment.

Well, I had a chat with my DH last night and when we go back to Australia in a couple of years, he's said he'd like to get me a thank you gift for the 20 years I will have been here, away from family, friends, and my own career. He was talking about buying me this, or something like it:

That means I'd have to trade up my current stone and break up my setting. But I'm thinking now about keeping the sides and making a smaller 3 stone setting with a new center stone, as well as buying a big honker for a solitaire. Since I'm still going back and forth on it, I figure it's too soon to make a jump. I also love my current ring, so don't want to break it up needlessly.

In other words - I jumped the gun. But one day in the not too distant future, I'll make a major upgrade. I always knew my current stone wouldn't be my final diamond, so we'll see where I land when the time is right. Watch this space....

:eek2::eek2::eek2: you seriously never cease to amaze or surprise me!!! I need a bit more time to pick my jaw up off the floor but can't wait to see how this unfolds

Well, nothing to see for some time as yet. But it's nice to have a long range plan. :)

I echo :eek2::eek2::eek2::eek2: !! WOW. CANNOT WAIT TO SEE.

And in the meantime, if you are looking for a little trinket I reduced the price on my cushion with Grace, lolz  https://www.jewelsbygrace.com/3-00ct-cushion-cut-diamond-gia-f-vs2

Just to reiterate - this won't be happening until we leave the US for Australia - in a couple of years time. I'd love it if it were sooner (from a jewelry perspective!) - but it won't be. A lot can happen between now and then, so we'll see how this goes.

In the meantime, I have the most beautiful ring in the world to wear and enjoy, so no complaints here!

I almost fell out of my chair when I saw you had posted the side stones on your gorgeous ring. I think you know how much I admire your ring - I've said it over and over. It's my holy grail. I am soooo happy you decided to keep it as is - for now!!

:shock::shock::shock::shock::shock::shock::shock::shock::shock: @ the long range plan!

Your ring is gorgeous. I would leave it just as it is. Not sure if you like gemstones, but that would make one heck of a gorgeous ring with a big blob of colour in the middle.

@mrs-b I also about fell out of my lazy boy here when I saw this. I thought "Jeez I tried on that ring, that ring is a holy grail!" of then I saw what you would be considering in several years and I thought "this is Mrs B to the hilt, her end all and be all stone!" I do so hope you are able to get something like the ACA you posted... but I will be sad to have you leave the US! I too will be watching this space for your future plans!

Thanks, @Golden_bird, @SandyK, @suzanne2, @ccuheartnurse and @Tekate!

I've always intended to do one last, major upgrade before we leave for Australia. I LOVE my current ring, but I'd also love a big solitaire. If I can find a way to make both work, I'll do it. Much buying and selling and saving and jockeying to do between now and then!!

Thank you all for your kind words. :))

I can't wait to see how this all turns out @mrs-b...but one thing I know is that once you're back here in Aus, we need to do lunch!! I'll definitely have to inspect that beauty in person

Sounds like a great idea! I would love to come as well. Mini Aus PS get together, lol

I'm in!

@mrs-b - if you do ever decide to part with these ACAs, please keep me in mind. I live in MA, so possibly rather local as well.

Thanks, @DiamondGal28 :))

These are going to be used as a trade-up, however, so I'm guessing the only place these will ever be for sale again will be the WF website. Worth every penny tho, should they pop up there.
