Paris Hilton Jail term cut to 23 days......

for "good behavior"!!!! One of the factors was because she "showed up for her latest court date". What? So now all you have to do is show up to court to get a reduced sentence? It really irratates me that celebs can get away with anything. Here''s the link.

she probably won't even do any time. i was reading some article in a mag that said that many times the local jails, where she'd be, are totally overcrowded and many times people are released after a day or a week. i guess michelle rodriguez, who was supposed to serve like 30 days or something for a DUI, ended up being released after a few HOURS because of overcrowding. so the fact that paris is a celeb...she might show up and then serve like a day or something then be released. such drama!

The overcrowding stuff is so true generally for CA prisons.

BUT the clincher here is that Paris is staying in a special cellblock for police officers, celebrities, etc. So unless there is a surge of celebrities or police officers serving time while she''s in, there is no way that she would be affected by the overcrowding in general.

But I bet that she''ll be out soon anyway regardless. Crazy.

I''ll be surprised if she does serve any time. But I would have loved to see her do her full sentence. I was hoping she''d be in there for the 4th of July.

What I''m wondering now is how many other people are going to try getting reduced sentences for "good behavior" just for showing up to court? Or is this going to be a priviledge just for the elite?

Its garbage.. what about the photographs shown of her last week smoking pot? It infuriates me to no end. I''m so sick of that little twit I could scream. Celebrity status ticks me off. Who the he** do you think you are you spoiled rotten pos.. ?! I personally think she should have had the book thrown at her for ''feeling really bad'' about continually breaking the law.

If you think she is going to change after her ridiculous downtime, think otherwise. What an idiot she is. She and those celebrity debutantes make me sick. I just wonder who''s kissing who''s bum now?

Thing is, I agree. The whole thing''s a joke, including Paris. What exactly is she famous for again? (besides outlandish behavior that no one with any real taste would be caught dead doing)

What stupid things has Paris the Great''s sister Nikki done lately? Seems to me that she pretty much stays out of the limelight while her sister is a media monger..

There is also two Hilton brothers. Clearly they stay far away from the limelight. So much so, people hardly know they exists. Just goes to show, she has brought all this bad publicity on herself.
