Hi again! Thank you sooooo much for all the wedding reception place suggestions in my previous post. I think we are going to change the date a week and go with the Bellevue in Philly. Before I confirm it (probably tomorrow) I wanted to see if anyone on this board had good or bad experiences there in the past? Thank you! Everyone is always so informative! It has really helped. I appreciate it so much!!!

I''ve been to a couple of VERY large events there and several smaller ones, but no weddings. Most of the ballrooms are lovely, and the food was never bad. There are several ballrooms, so make sure to take a tour and see them all. It''s a really nice hotel, historic but comfortable. And it''s got a Teuscher Chocolates and Tiffany''s on the ground floor, so you can munch on truffles and check out bling on your downtime! The main downside of the Bellevue (IMO) is expen$ive parking -- it''s ridiculous around here and I think the Bellevue garage is one of the most expensive ones. All in all, though, I think it''s a nice choice and absolutely convenient to just about everything.
