Paypal fees from U.S. to Canada...

It says on Paypal that international fees are "3.9% transaction fee plus a fixed fee based on currency received." Can anyone who has sold something from the U.S. to Canada shed some light on this for me? Is U.S. to Canada even considered international, or is it domestic? Are the fees really high? Thank you so much for your help!!

Yes, US to Canada is considered International by Paypal, and they will charge you 3.9%. I never looked into other payment options so I have no idea if that is high.
