Pear pendant conversion

I’m thinking of converting to east west pear bezel ring. The diamond is an antique family heirloom 4.03. I rarely wear the necklace. I think it would be more wearable at my job than my main ring....nurse. Thoughts?!

as a nurse, you might not get a whole lot of wear out of a 4 carat ring.

have you considered a point down setting besides an east west setting??

So gorgeous! I think the EW pear would look super chic. If you don’t wear the pendant much then def go for it - I like how it looks slightly edgy and different from your usual pendant or ring!

Gigantic hands and like the way it looks that way. That being said, it has been in a ring a couple times before. It has been changed.....A LOT. Here is my ring that I will be rotating this with. I think the pear will be flat compared to my current situation which should make it more wearable.

you are considering an east west ring...YES! yes, i think it would be unique and different.

but just so you know, if you didn't already, pears oriented north south, are very elongating on the hand and fingers. if you cared about that sort of thing

You have gorgeous diamonds

I think that pear is just begging to be put into an 18k rose gold bezel ring or 14k yellow gold! It looks stunning EW & frankly the necklace it is in now is a beautiful style but I prefer that style for round old cuts and MRBs.

Do it girl!! Then post a gazillion pics here when finished!

it's a 4+ carat diamond ... by nature, it is fantastic as is, a bezeled pendant or a bezeled ring. whatever op chooses
