Pearl earing to pendant

Hi All

I was given a pair of pearl stud earrings about five years ago which I've worn only about twice. For some reason I just don't like them. Considering the resale value would have been low, I've been considering taking them back to the store and have them redesigned into the attached. What do you think of the design?

The only thing is, what on earth do I do with the other earring?

I like that design. I''m very into pearls these days. But yeah what to do with the other one? Maybe you can find a design with two pearls in it.

The picture is not great... just could not find any better asap although the style appears in many versions.
