There was just a big Peep Show at the local mall!!!! It was so neat to see all the.......

What???? Oh you think think I'm saying

.....

No, No, No, not THAT kind of peep show!!!!!!!

LOL!!!!

No, it was to show off your dioramas based on the lives of Peeps, that ever-so-popular candy! The local newspaper put out a call to the community to show their talents to see which best met the marshmellow ideal. They had 122 entries and put them on display at the mall. There were Peeps sky-diving, Peeps romancing, Peeps at concerts. There were Peeps strolling along the Great Wall of China, dropping down from the sky in parachutes, and driving chocolate race cars around candy tracks. Peeps were fishing with the Inuit, celebrating Easter Mass, and standing in line at Disneyland.

They had "Full House" Peeps, "Brokeback Mountain" Peeps and "Desperate Housepeeps." There wee Peep Olympians, Peep baseball players and Peep footballers. There were even Peeps participating in the Times Fitness Challenge.

It was a lot of fun, especially seeing how many chuckles people got out of them!

This is a reminder that FOOTBALL SEASON is only a few months away! These folks used Peeps, gummy bunnies, jelly beans and a vivid imagination to create their diorama: "Peeps Bowl". The note said the judges were impressed by the scale (it was big!!!) and attention to detail, including two Peeps on the "chain gang" and broadcasters in the press box for "PSPN".

OMG that is hilarious! My sister is obsessed with Peeps and its become a running joke with us every Easter, so I had to send her these!

I like watching Desperate Housewives, so I got a great big chuckle out of this one! It was cute to see how each of the characters was labeled.

I can even relate the Peep Show to Pricescope - there was a Peeps Wedding, though I couldn't get a good picture of the ring

I'm sure it's made of the finest crystals though.

Okay, has anyone heard of the Red Hat Girls? I''m not sure if they are just local or if they exist in other areas....

This is absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! I have never seen anything like it, just fabulous, I tend to be easily amused but does anyone love this as much as i do???

Last Peeps of the night... The judges like this one - a recreation of the Trojan Horse, featuring a Trojan Peep, being escorted into the city by a phalanx of Peep warriors sporting duct tpae helmets.

One that I really liked - a tribute to the Beatles Yellow Submarine. When you looked through the plastic window, it really looked like the Peeps were swimming. They had cute little swim goggles and fins on too.

Mmm, I love Peeps! Haven''t had them for years, and didn''t have any this year, but thank you for the visuals, lol!!

You can see how crowdwd the show was - it was precious to see the kids faces! They got the biggest lick out of the show, but you heard lots of adult laughter too....all in all, it was a lot of fun for all!!!!!

I love them too! I like the plain old original yellow, pink and purple look pretty but to me a Peep is yellow! Something about the total sugary marshmallowy taste reminds me of my childhood...that and razzles and zotz...

OMG Zotz, I''ll never forget the look on my mom''s face when I gave her one and it exploded in her mouth. It was priceless!!!!

I love them so much I tried googling to find a candy distributor! I used to drink a coke with them to make the fizz really insane. I cannot believe you got your mom to try them. I used to buy them by the yard since they were attached and I was addicted for some reason. But I never liked poprocks...

Thing is I gave her one without telling her what it was. I said oh mom, you''ll love this. She was sucking on it, and boom it exploded in her mouth. That''s why I said the look on her face was priceless. She was sooo mad at me, but I loved every minute of it. I''m soooo bad!!!

I can''t believe I used to eat PACKAGES of this stuff as a kid. I can feel the diabetic shock onset, simply by reminiscing..

I''m surprised they didn''t have an interactive peepwars. A company I worked for 5 years ago had an Ops Directory with whom I''d have peepwars. We''d pull out our peeps (his were yellow, mine pink), stick a toothpick in each side, pop them in the microwave on high, and watch them "turn inside out, and explode". It wasn''t grotesque -- just messy.
