Pendant drawings/setting, need opinions

I need the help of fellow PSers on this project,
This is a 5 carat LGD, oval, which I will make into a pendant for my wife.
I am not good at these drawings.
Any concerns or questions. Looking to go with David Klass in LA to do the setting for the pendant

It looks to me to be pretty much what you had described wanting in a setting. I am not a CAD expert so hopefully others will chime in. Looks very nice to me though!
