Pics from Sally - citrine asscher in custom elixir setting

Some of you may remember a citrine asscher I got a while back (link to thread). I was back and forth on a setting - gold overpowered it and silver was nice but not perfect. Anyway eventually I asked Sally to create a silver elixer setting for it, but when it arrived it was too big. She was wonderful about redoing it. IRL, the silver washed out the stone, so I asked Sally for suggestions for gold accents. She worked with her benchman to create a setting that would get the best out of the stone, and the result is breathtaking. They added gold under the basket and for the prongs, and left the rest silver. It is the perfect combination to really enhance the stone, I think they did a fantastic job. I can't wait to get my hands on it!!
