I got a lot of help from forum members on here when I was deciding what to do, I''ve finally gone ahead and bought the below ring. Please let me know what you think, but don''t be too harsh as I''ve bought it already! It doesn''t sparkle much in the pics, but definitely does in real life!

I'm at work now but will take a few more when I get home. It's difficult getting the close ups to come out well as I only have a compact digital camera. Any tips?
