Please help choosing between the two!

1. 1.104 crt, F, SI1, A CUT ABOVE grade

I was very close to getting #1 and made a reservation for the stone, but the group of cloud impurity on the stone is becoming more and more noticable... They are clearly visible on the 360’ image as well. Then I found #2 with much less impurities, cheaper price, but this one is a G color grade.

Both are graded as ‘Eye clean’ by Whiteflash. Will #1’s impurity be unnoticeable with naked eye? Or is the difference in F and G color rather unnoticeable and should I go for #2?

My same thoughts. Need more data to know. Also, need to know your/her color sensitivity and tolerance levels.

I might add to ask them to do a video from about 10” away with no zoom to mimick what your eyes may see as an in-person evaluation. I'm not sure it will work with camera, lighting, etc but it’s worth an ask.

I just think the magnified video you see online is making the clarity out worse than it really is. Make sure to include the G side by side.

I really don’t think it’s detectable with the naked eye unless you have unusually high visual acuity.

As far as I remember, I asked about the G, it was stated as we need to inquired about the inclusion that time, I asked Becca and she said it wasn’t eyeclean when I want to make those diamonds you listed above as a pair. I don’t know why they listed it as eyeclean now. Maybe you can ask WF SA and says someone in PS mentioned this story to you. I can’t find the conversation in my email because it was thru chat, but if she didn’t say that its not eyeclean, I would definitely get this combo as a pair.

@lulu_ma @sledge @munchee wow, thank you all sincerely - I'm actually in touch with Becca as well. Will see if I can get a side by side video and also mention about the G diamond story. Thank you all once again I cannot give enough thanks for the amount of help I've gotten from here! I'll keep you all posted.

If that G isnt eye clean the camera sure is doing a good job of hiding the inclusion! The F looks like it would be eye-clean to me too.

Did you look at both the Brilliance and Sparkle videos for both stones? I saw very little. I think they would be eye-clean for me.

G is a very typical color for people to buy and is consider pretty white. However, if you are color sensitive you may appreciate the F.

Let us know what you find out when they get back to you!

Haven't seen this in a bit, so thought I'd bring it up again.

Both stones have 78lgf's. Shorter lgf's = fatter arrows. Longer lgf's = narrower arrows. But look at how the table size affects the arrows, 56.7 vs 54.9.

Not to mention the color difference in the face up position as well.

My own personal preference, but I love that contrast. Consequently, I'm taking the F all day long.
