I recently came across this item at Ultra Diamonds in Mall of America. Unfortunately they sold it before I could grab it. I called their HQ and they said the company is out of stock and the last time they bought it was in 2007. Could you please help me find this necklace? It's for my fiancee!! Thank you!

I looked and couldn't find anything similar. There are plenty of diamond stars though... Is this a necklace you picked out or did you Fiancee pick it? Could we suggest some other options?
