Looks like it could be a solid choice. It has those clefted hearts that some (Jonathan from Distinctive Gem, I know) like

Ask them to verify that the inclusions are not a transparency issue. That is best assessed by looking at it.

By transparency issue, do you mean eye clean?

B2C said that vendor has assured them
its eye clean. I’m waiting for it to get to me, finger’s crossed.

numbers are fine. Yes eye clean is part of it but not the entire story. Sometimes the inclusions can make the stone cloudy without being individually visible.
odds are it fine,
view it in as many light conditions as possible and enjoy it.
