Please help my Mom find this bag online?

Hi all

My Mom has bought a pair of shoes to go with an outfit for an event she has coming up next month. She loved the shoes and there was a bag to go with it but the thing is the bag cost €100 (we''re in Ireland) and she wasn''t sure about spending so much money on a ''special occasion bag'' she won''t use very often.

The shoes are by Adrian Vidal, Style number 6015. The colour is a kind of silver/grey (the box says ''pewter''). The following is also written on the box: 9009 Jena + Lena 7 Karen.

We''ve been searching and searching for the bag online, hoping to find it on eBay, but no luck so far. We found the company''s website (Adrian Vidal) but they make you create an account to browse the product range and they want a VAT number (like a corporate sales tax registration), which we don''t have.

Can anyone help? I don''t even know if this brand is available in the States but I thought I''d ask the Pricescope super-sleuths to give it a shot anyway! If it helps, we won''t necessarily need the bag shipped to Ireland as I''ll be in the States the first two weeks of July and I could have the bag shipped to where I''m staying.

Delster, I''d love to help you but have exhausted all possibilities here. It sounds like the same website you came up with was what I found, the Vidal one requiring you to log in and all that. Could you maybe call the store where your mom got her shoes and ask them?

Hi Monarch! Thank you so much for searching for this for my Mom, I really appreciate it. The brand just doesn''t seem to be available online though. I eventually found one German website that had the brand but not that particular product, and they don''t ship to Ireland.

The store have the bag in stock and are not going to assist us finding it cheaper elsewhere! Anyway she found out today that they''re starting their Summer sale this weekend so fingers crossed they reduce the bag. My Dad keeps telling her to just buy it anyway cos she loves it - he''s so sweet!

I think your mom should just get the bag...it''s obvious she really loves it as you''ve searched high and low for it. Life is short, why shouldn''t she have exactly what she wants although it''s a bit over what she''d like to pay? Good for your dad for telling her to go ahead and buy it. Love to see pics of the shoes and bag if you get the chance!

Also, did you ever contact the company via phone or email to see if they could send you in the right direction? You never know...

Sorry Monarch I only just saw this!

Last I was talking to her about it, she hadn''t yet bought the bag. The shop only reduced it by €5! I''ve emailed the company for a list of their Irish stockists, still waiting for a reply.

I''ll take photos for you if she gets it! The ''do'' is the third week in July so should be able to snap some then
