Please help with this 5 carat

Hello PSers! I have a question. Are the feathers along the girdle a concern? Will they affect the durability of the stone? Will placing a prong next to the feathers suffice? We saw this stone yesterday in the store and it was gorgeous! Super sparkly! Even outside in the sun. So we paid for it but we still have time to undo the purchase. I forgot to check the inclusions yesterday. D’oh! But I can go to the store next week to see the inclusions. Please advise if the feathers are going to be a problem.
