Oh I love my wedding band and engagement ring.

I know it isn''t ideal proportions and Australia is so much more expensive that Americans probably think we overpaid for it but I think it is sparkly and beautiful and simple. I dont'' like big gaudy rings even when the diamonds are great quality.

Have a guess at what it''s worth or tell me if you like it!

My engagement ring it slightly out of the parameters for the "Ideal" range as well. However, it is very beautiful and sparkly and I get lots of compliments. Besides my fiance gave it to me and you can't put a price on that. Nothing in life is absolutely perfect!

Thanks - it isn't that I care what it is worth only the value-for-money thing because we are just starting out in life and feel slightly guilty for spending so much on it!

It's beatiful. And hey, I know what you mean about the price - the Australian $ isn't that great. We paid a very good price for our diamond (in Aus standards) but it would be considered expensive once you take the exchange rate into account.

Janai has nice stuff. I bought a tiny invisible set diamond pendant there on sale at a bargain price a few months ago. Their website is quite good but doesn't show the range they have in store eg pearls, coloured stones.
