OK, we've got several Leon Mege threads going, and oh yeah, they are ALL GOOD!

In fact, here's the latest one that I know of:
https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/leon-mege.24698/

But with the growing trend toward *simpler* designs
30.gif
, I think we really should organize our Leon rings a bit, and I thought a "no pave" Leon thread might just do the *trick*.

SOOOOO, please post photos and stats of your non-pave Leons here. If you know the style number from his catalogue, please include it, along with as much information as you have or know. (Cathedral or no cathedral... width of shank... style of shank [rounded, knife edge, tapered, etc.]...size of stone...ring size...etc.)

Thank you!

Great idea, Lynn! Being a simple solitaire girl myself, I am really looking foward to having all of these goodies to oogle in one place!!

Here''s mine! When I first joined PS I had him make my ring, but long story short? I had him re-make it again about 8 months ago. Here''s my matching band I just received (although it''s Pave). It''s about 1.6 mm wide and is wonderful!

ER: GIA 3.10 G VS1 Princess with .78 tap. bags supplied by LM. Size 7

And with band

OMG, your set is just GORGEOUS, Snooper!!! May I ask, why did Leon remake your ring?

Snooper your rings are gorgeous. I have that same wedding band and I love it. In fact, I want another one.

When I received the ring, I was so STUPID and opened it over a hard surface. One of the baguettes became loose. At the time I was new to VA and didn''t know of any jewelers. A few of the members here suggested Quest. They did a great job! But I could see how the metal wasn''t perfect. Ok, so I''m picky!!

So after a while I just kept bugging me and finally hubby said I could send it again and have it remade. LM did cut me a price break, and now.. It''s PERFECT! Lesson learned! Only send to him!!

I have a 3 stone Leon that I posted, but i am hopeless with resizing and I don''t know how to transfer a pic to this thread! If someone wants do help me out that would be great-and warning in advance the pics are not very good!

Snooper- your ring is spectacular...can''t wait to have my own Leon someday! Quick question...if you don''t mind me asking, what is the "price-range" for your wedding band? This is EXACTLY what I want him to make for me...I have loved it since the first time that I saw it on his website!

Again, absolutely GORGEOUS ring!

I agree Lynn! While the Leon's with pave and sidestones are stunning, I'm a solitare gal and love those plain Leon's!

With that said... do you have a little sumthin' sumthin' up your sleeve Ms. Lynn?

Honestly, I know how it looks...
20.gif
really I do. So I am certifiably insane and have decided that ONE DAY I *must* own a Leon. However, I do still shamelessly adore my fishtail pave set and have promised DH that I am on a 5 year plan with it (at least)... so I've still got 3 more years to go! So, right now I really am just a'dreamin' and a'gatherin' information -- I promise!
12.gif

There now, with that being said, where's Boston Jeff?! And Harriet????! And LE?!!

Maybe someone with better posting skills than me could move some of their photos and info over here. I seriously *doubt* that they would mind!!!

Thank you so much for posting my pics-and thanks for the compliment!

Kasey, beautiful ring!

Good thread, Lynn!!! I am hyperventilating. Please pass the smelling salts and/or nitroglycerine. This thread might be too much for me to handle.
