DH has been in the hospital for 2 2/2 weeks after a heart attack and stent with irregular high heart rate. They have already tried several medications that didn’t work. Trying so hard to stay upbeat as he is such an active guy. Could use some prayers and positive energy. Thanks so much. This is such a wonderful community.

So sorry to hear this and I hope the doctors soon land on the right combo to fix this issue. Will certainly keep him in my prayers as well as you - the caregivers often suffer as much as the patient with concern and worry.

I’m so sorry. What a rough time for you both. I’ll say prayers for your beloved Rich for a quick recovery and return to home. I’ll say prayers for you that you get the care and rest that you need to stay strong for him. ((Hugs))
 
I’m so sorry to hear this. I dealt with a scary heart situation w my DH as well. Was the attack out of the blue?? I’m thinking of you and sending all the healing thoughts your way.

I'm sorry to hear of this very stressful time for your husband and you. I'm sending prayers for his recovery and strength for both of you. I will add that I hope a highly qualified electrophysiologist is also involved in Rich's treatment.

We thankfully do have one involved. The care has been excellent and the nursing care is outstanding.

Yes, just got back from a 5 week trip to Italy. Walked 5-6 miles every day. Hope your DH is well now. Thank you for the healing thoughts. I know they matter and mean the world to me.

Sending positive energy...hoping they find a med that works for him soon. Is a pacemaker out of the question in this
case? I know meds would probably be the easiest and maybe the safest.

Hang in there @rcjtraveler ...sending you energy also. I'm sure you are both exhausted.
