Hello all! I''ve been reading these forums for some advice and a lot of members recommends purchasing an IdealScope. I just received mine yesterday and looked at the ideal cut calibration CZ but the H&A aren''t as easily visible as I thought it would be.
If I move the scope around on the IdealLight or view from an angle, then I can see the Arrows but it doesn''t look like the ideal cut reference picture (it appears there is light leakage). When I flip the CZ around to view the hearts, I see a black outline of the top of the heart but do not see the bottom of the heart.
Can you guys make any proper viewing recommendations so that I can use this tool properly (and easily)?
I am planning to begin engagement ring shopping soon. Thanks in advance.
