I have been feeling kinda yucky the last couple days and out of abundance of caution decided to take a covid test.
All of the tests were within the expanded expiration date but I got 3 no results on 2 different boxes 3 tests.
They were ihealth brand from the post office free tests site and had pre-filled vials when you put the swab and drop it into the test strip.
I opened another box and it had the ihealth brand where you had to fill the vial yourself. It worked fine and was negative.
I used the same procedure with each one following the direction to the letter.
My advise is check your tests against the list here:
Then if you have the ihealth brand, I would inspect them and if they are the prefilled ones I would not count on them working.
Also, while these were not the ones I used, I would check for them also:

Thanks Karl.

Ugh! I would still be sneezing from the number of swabs required. :???:

Whats kind of ironic is I had new tests on the way but because of the weather they were not delivered today.

I was glad it was after my Wifey went to bed so I could swear as long as it wasn't to loud.

Some of mine were Ihealth but you have to fill them yourself. I checked the Lot numbers and I'm good...thanks @Karl_K

I opened two boxes of the iHealth tests yesterday and both were missing the little vials of liquid. They were not the prefilled. Crazy.

Yeah, the expiration date thing is weird. Our pharmacy gave us several boxes of covid tests (that you can get through insurance), and I didn’t notice until we were using them the other day that they expire in February. As in, this month. Fabulous. Explains why the lady made sure to tell me, “Oh, they’re good 18 months past the expiration date!”
