Quest - recent experiences?

I have read some old threads giving rave reviews for Quest, but haven't seen them mentioned for some years now. Turns out I will be in the DC area later this year, so I was thinking maybe I should take some of my colored stones in for a visit... I'm interested in both ready made and custom settings, since I've got stones of calibrated and non-calibrated sizes.

Can anyone share any more recent info about Quest? And, if it isn't a rude question, how does pricing compare to David Klass, for example? Thank you!

You aren't being ignored, just that there's been almost no mention of Quest for at least a year now.

Hello! I haven't been here in a while (obvs, from my low resolution wedding set photo!)

Quest set a Jeff White sapphire for me almost two years ago. For the quality/price ratio, I love it. It's hard, b/c I have a Leon Mege e-ring, which is more delicate, done by hand. But Quest has been great to work with (my wedding band and anniversary band are both from there as well), and it's easy b/c we're nearby in DC.

With my sapphire ring, I went in with ideas based on a ring I'd seen here and something I found on Pinterest. I worked with Pete to get the final design. When it came out, there were a couple messy places. I pointed them out, and they fixed it right away (of course, it was an agonizing extra couple days to get it back!)

I'm not enamored of the stuff they carry that is ready made (just not my style), but I've been quite happy with my custom stuff.
