QUESTION ABOUT AGS REPORT

My question is.... Can anyone tell me why on my AGS report that it only says the mm size of stone and the total weight. This AGS report was the one that was with the stone when we looked at it. The separate appraisal doesnt say much more either. Another question is i had logged into a site previously with my old stone certificate number and brought it up on computer, now I can''t remember what that site was...can anyone tell me?
