Hi there,

I''ve been waiting for 4 days for a reply from the Rapaport site regarding the International subscription fee for obtaining access to the Rapaport Price List (monthly list) and I have not received any.

I was wondering if anyone who has subscribed (or know for sure) could clear the confusion I have with the way the tables are listed in there regarding payment.
https://www.diamonds.net/Subscribe/RDRForm.aspx and https://www.diamonds.net/Info/AboutRDR.aspx

Is the Subscription Rate at USD250 per month OR is it USD250 per year for ''monthly Rapaport Prices''?
I know some might think USD250/month might be ludicrous therefore it would be per year but I''ve seen crazy pricings and I just really really need to make sure of it before I subscribe.

Thanks in advance (TIA)

Pardon my curiosity, but why do you want to subscribe?

The main value of the Rap (as I see it) is to a trader making frequent buy/sell decisions to understand movements/trends in the market value of diamonds - hence the relatively high frequency of updating. To a consumer, making infrequent buy-only decisions and wishing to understand price points, it''s virtually useless. A good multi-vendor search engine like the one on PS is much better for that.
