I have been off the boards for about a month, but for good reason...I finally sold my house!
As you may recall, I had a horrible experience w/ an unprofessional and extremely rude real estate agent. Well, I ended up working with her Broker (and even she was less than satisfactory).
Anyway, the contract went through and the closing date was moved up (YEAH!) and I officially sold my house on THursday, after a year on the market. My boyfriend and I spent all last weekend moving my stuff. i am so glad its all over, it still seems very surreal.
LIke I said, I was in shock over my agents behavior and her Broker did not deliver very well (never returned my calls or emails, failed to provide me with info...I had to learn some stuff on my own, etc) and declined to lower my commission. At this point, should I let sleeping dogs lie, or should I report them to their National Company and to the state real estate board?
